Hand-harvested Williams pears from Styria and Lower Austria form the base. Ripeness and fruit quality shape the aromatic profile. Slow, controlled fermentation and careful distillation preserve the distinctive pear aroma and give the spirit clarity and structure.

Made in Ried im Innkreis, Upper Austria. The family-owned house of emil 1868 combines the history of Stegmüller Spirituosen with a distinctive design. The Austria-shaped bottle makes its origins visible – as a gift, in a home bar and in hospitality.
