Stegmüller Spirits is ‘Innviertel’s first spirits factory,’ which has been in family ownership for many generations. This is how the recipe for our special egg liqueur, which has been in the family since 1868, has been passed down to this day and still serves as the basis for our delicious fruit cocktails.
The trend today is shifting from strong alcoholic beverages to fruity, smooth, and lower-alcohol schnapps, such as apricot or pear brandies. Light fruit liqueurs made from cherry, plum, or apricot also match today’s taste.
