Spirit:Idea with Emil Hazelnut Spirit

4 cl Emil Hazelnut Spirit
2 cl fresh lime juice
2 cl sugar syrup

**Preparation:** Grab all the ingredients and make sure they are well chilled. Fill a cocktail glass with ice to prepare it and keep it nice and cool.
**Mix it:** Add 4 cl of Emil Hazelnut Spirit, 2 cl of fresh lime juice, and 2 cl of sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker that's half-filled with ice cubes.
**Shake it:** Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker for about 15 seconds. This will perfectly blend the flavors and make the cocktail delightfully cold.
**Serve it:** Empty the prepared cocktail glass of the ice cubes. Strain the shaken cocktail through a strainer into the glass, holding back the ice cubes from the shaker.
**Garnish it:** Give your Gimlet a special touch by garnishing it with a lime slice. For an extra flair, dip the rim of the glass in lime juice, then in sugar to create a decorative sugared rim.
